Live training done over your computer! This 1 hour session will involve lots of cross-training and ball skills in the comfort of your own home. If you cannot drive or walk to a field, this new training will still keep you active on days off from team training
Including strength, conditioning, endurance, mobility and ball skills. This unique training can be 1 or 2 hours in duration. The 2 hour session mimics a real game with a warm up, 2 - 45 minute halves, and a cool down
Do you want to get your whole team involved in the training? This 2 hour session is similar to the training above, but you will compete against your teammates for part and work with your teammates for other segments. Get the entire team ready for the season!
